General Consulting

Monarch also provides more general consulting services on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: HR, OSHA, business strategy, women’s business focus, and manager/supervisor development. We can act as your HR department, build (or rebuild) your HR department, or simply offer support and guidance to your HR department. We can help you comply with OSHA regulations, provide guidance regarding specific regulations, or help you improve or revamp your safety program. Whatever your need is, we’ll find a way to meet it. We customize all consulting programs to fit the needs, culture, and goals of each organization. As a result, we do not have set fees for consulting. We will work with your organization to provide the services you need within a budget you can afford.
